Dr. Yvonne Weeseman

Ik heb 25 jaar ervaring in het werken met volwassenen, jongeren en kinderen en ben naast GZ-psycholoog ook opgeleid als gezinspedagoog, geestelijk verzorger en vaktherapeut drama.

In mijn loopbaan heb ik onder andere gewerkt binnen het onderwijs, op de kinderafdelingen van het Radboud UMC en binnen de kinder- en jeugdpsychiatrie. Deze brede achtergrond helpt mij om vanuit verschillende perspectieven naar klachten en ontwikkeling te kijken.
 

Naast individuele behandeltrajecten kun je bij mij ook terecht voor supervisie, bijvoorbeeld in het kader van werk of opleiding.
 

Ik heb daarnaast specifieke aandacht voor psychologische begeleiding bij het omgaan met (chronische) ziekte, voor alle leeftijden.
 

Naast mijn werk binnen de online psychologiepraktijk ben ik gepromoveerd aan het Amsterdam UMC. Mijn promotieonderzoek richtte zich op hoe mensen ingrijpende en negatieve levensgebeurtenissen, zoals ziekte, een plek geven binnen hun levensverhaal.
